Order processing times

All orders are processed during business days. Please expect possible extra time in production due to COVID repercussions and safety measures taken that could prolong the production process.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates

Real time shipping charges for your order are displayed at checkout.

If you reside outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact me at jessica@jessicafarren.com for a quote on the cost before placing the order.

APO shipping is sent via USPS please contact me for cost.

For shipping outside of the contiguous United States and expedited shipping please contact me as soon as you place your order or to enquire and receive a quote about the cost. Please contact me at jessica@jessicafarren.com.

Confirmation and tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info when your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If shipping to countries other than the United States tracking information may not be available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jessica Farren Photography/4005 Images is not responsible for international customs and taxes. Additional international destination fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Jessica Farren Photography/4005 Images is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen. If you received your order damaged, please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods, please contact me within 24 hours.


Damages and Defects

Rarely, human or shipping mishaps can cause your art work to arrive damaged. Always inspect all packages upon arrival. If damage or defect is found or suspected, please follow these steps:

Save all packing materials: inner and outer boxes and everything inside.

Take pictures of the damaged product and outer packaging box.

Notify me at jessica@jessicafarren.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Due to the limited time frame to file a shipping damage claim, damages not reported within 24 hours of delivery become the responsibility of the customer.

Jessica Farren Photography/4005 Images is not responsible for damages that may take place after your order has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to weather, pets, vandalism, mishandling, and theft.


Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Please do so within 24 hours and send a message to jessica@jessicafarren.com with your order number. Once an order has gone to production there will be a 50% cancellation fee including shipping costs.

A contract for photoshoot clients will be emailed to you at the time of scheduling.
